Our standard turnaround time is typically 3 to 5 business days for singles and 7 to 10 days for albums from the receipt of your finalised files, depending on the current studio schedule. We offer unlimited revisions because we are entirely confident in our deliverables. We don’t believe in cutting off a project at an arbitrary number of changes; we are here to collaborate with you and ensure the final master sounds exactly as you intended. Until you are 100% satisfied with the translation, depth, and energy of your release, our work isn’t done.

Yes. As an approved engineering facility, all stereo projects can be optimised and fully certified for the Apple Digital Masters program. 

Please provide un-dithered 24-bit or 32-bit float WAV or AIFF files at their native sample rate. Keep your levels and processing exactly as they are in your DAW—we want the exact version you and your team have been listening to and love. If we spot any technical issues or perhaps need less pre mastering processing we will reach out and request a specific alternate export.

We do not provide test masters or sample tracks. Test masters have become a widespread sales tactic in the industry, one we prefer not to participate in. Our studio schedule is fully dedicated to confirmed client projects, and every track receives our complete focus, full session time, and dedicated processing. When you book with us, we will work with you to ensure your final master is 100% as you need it to be.

With regard to mix feedback, no mastering engineer should tell you how your music ought to sound. Your mix is your artistic expression, mix the track until you are completely happy with the balance, energy, and feel. Of course, if there is a severe technical issue that will compromise the final result, we will reach out and even request stems at no extra charge. We are here to get your project over the finish line. Once you love where your mix sits, pass the file over to us, and we will take it from there.

Not all projects are created equal, and an independent or emerging artist shouldn’t be charged the same rate as a major record label. Standard fixed rates are an outdated practice. Audio mastering isn’t accounting, and every project brings its own unique variables. Our pricing is flexible and based on several factors, including where you are in your career, current studio capacity, and the time required to give your tracks the attention they deserve. The analog processing loop features premium outboard hardware from Manley and Crane Song, calibrated to inject classic hardware texture, harmonic depth, and polished commercial weight that digital software plugins alone cannot replicate.
